Marketing Executive - Public Sector Contracts
Job Description
Marketing Planning
- Contribute to the development and
implementation an annual marketing plan for public sector contracts
to support the delivery of service goals, contractual targets and
business needs.
Marketing Delivery
- Deliver customer focused activity
including:
- Contribution to the Creation, management and implementation of
tactical marketing plans
- Website Editorial management, targeted online marketing
& Email campaigns, Direct marketing/Social Media
activities
- Data analysis to plan campaigns, creation of pipeline companies
/ lead generation?
- Event planning, promotion and contribution to delivery of a
structured programme of events / missions
- Design and creation of Event flyers, Product flyers, mission
brochures
- Brand control (ensuring conformity in all marketing
collateral)
- Co-ordination of design and print activities
- Delivery partner engagement and action re. joint marketing
campaigns
- Responsibility for contributing towards achieving PSC
targets
- Undertake other duties as required from time to time to support
Business West’s business needs.
- Internal marketing
Service Delivery and
Improvement
- Regular monitoring, evaluation and reporting
on the effectiveness of marketing programmes against
objectives. Make recommendations for improvements to support
continual learning, development and service delivery
- Quality control all communications to ensure
they are accurate, clear, useful and engaging
- Deliver quality customer service to customers
