Exhibition / Booking a Stand

Stand Sales are now Closed.

There are 100 stands available, offering a choice of 87 shell schemes, 8 pop-up pitches and 5 external pitches. The event will take place at Leigh Court (see map) in a large marquee located next to the main house. The marquee will have a hard floor covered in carpet. A full seminar programme, together with speed networking will be taking place in the main house. Our keynote speaker Ruby Wax is confirmed to speak at 1pm.

TO BOOK A STAND:

  1. Read this page carefully for details and view the exhibition sales floorplan to choose your stand choices.
    (NB: Stands are subject to availability. The current sales floorplan will be updated regularly to show latest availability. Stands blocked out in colour are already sold. If your stand choices have been taken we will contact you to discuss the next best option for you.)
  2. Next, fill out the exhibitor booking form including your top 3 choice of stands.
  3. Then, simply return your booking form by email to exhibitbristol@gwebusinesswest.co.uk Please note that we are unable to take bookings over the telephone.

87 shell scheme stands

The price of the stand includes a standard electrical package of 2 spotlights and 1 socket. Max 500 watts capacity. Also a name board on the fascia with the company name and the stand number. WIFI is available for all stands at £20 per connection inclusive of vat

Wall panels have a fabric surface which is compatible with velcro for you to fix your graphics. Nails and/or tape are not permitted.

8 single pop up/pull up graphic pitches (available to GWE Business West Chambers of Commerce members only)

Space for single pop ups/pull up graphics only. No electrics. Exhibitors may rent a chair and a literature stand from our official furniture contractors, please note this is limited to one chair, due to space issues.

5 external pitches

An outdoor pitch close to main exhibition hall to a maximum of 3m x 2m. Please note that electricity will not be available on these pitches. You may wish to bring a gazebo incase of bad weather. WIFI will available to these pitches stands at £20 per connection inclusive of vat. Exhibitors may rent a chair and a literature stand from our offical furniture contractors


FREE Exhibitor Training Workshop : Date for your diary – 4th August 2010, 9am – 2pm

As part of the exhibitor's package, we are offering a free exhibitor training workshop on 4th August from 9am to 2pm, along with an opportunity to hear more about the show. This will be followed by a light lunch and networking with fellow exhibitors.

The half-day workshop will focus on:-

  • Preparation – understanding the benefits, agreeing objectives, pre at and post event activities.
  • 'Sorting the Talk' – working out who to talk to (qualifying), what to say to pitch your business, how to get away from time wasters (exit strategies), what to close for i.e. what is the next action (closing techniques).
  • Top tips on stand design and stand manning.
  • Maximising the marketing opportunities of the event itself e.g. networking, speaking at seminars, PR for website and show newspapers.
