apt marketing & pr was born in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire in 2000. Our MD, Angie Petkovic, set up the company in response to not being able to buy the pr and marketing services she required when she owned a local hotel.

We have since grown to be a team of 12 commercially aware creatives spanning both the B2B and B2C sectors. We’re a full service agency and strive to offer our clients the joined up approach our MD was always looking for; in fact, we like to think of ourselves as a ‘one stop shop’ for our client’s needs. We believe it’s our job to knit the various pr and marketing elements together in a creative, impactful and resourceful way to really impact the bottom line of our client’s business.

We pride ourselves on really listening to a client’s objectives and we believe our straight talking, proactive team is a key way of getting you to where you need to be. Our clients include high profile national and international companies and regional businesses alike and span a whole range of sectors including hospitality, leisure, tourism, food and drink, services, recruitment plus many many more. We have a varied portfolio but one thing remains the same – we like to think of ourselves as an extension of our client’s team no matter their size, sector or budget and we work hard to really get under the skin of the company.

Angie Petkovic

Angie Petkovic is an experienced Gloucestershire business professional. She was born and grew up in Cheltenham before moving to London to pursue a career in Sales and Marketing. Having moved back to Cheltenham in the 1980s to run a local hotel, Angie set up apt marketing & pr in 2000. A key figure to the community, Angie is a trustee of Gloucester based charity Cedars Amethyst Trust where she has been involved in the set-up of the charity from the start. Cedars Amethyst Trust is a charity set up to improve the lives of men and women suffering with cancer throughout Gloucestershire and surrounding counties by offering free health & beauty treatments and complementary therapies to patients.
