The Queen’s Awards for Enterprise are the UK’s most prestigious business awards.
They are bestowed each year by Her Majesty The Queen and recognise businesses that are outstanding in their field.
There are three categories: Innovation; International Trade; and Sustainable Development.
As the highest business accolade available, the judging process is meticulous and only the best succeed. The Awards provide global recognition that a company is amongst the best in its field. Winning can boost staff morale and lead to an increase in sales. All winners can display the Awards emblem for five years and will meet Her Majesty The Queen at a reception at Buckingham Palace. Winners also receive a Grant of Appointment and crystal chalice.
There is also an award for individuals – the Queen’s Award for Enterprise Promotion
– which people are free to nominate others who they believe are worthy of recognition
for promoting enterprise.
