BPESolicitorsApril2012v2.jpg The Cheltenham-based law firm BPE has recently promoted two of its solicitors to Partner status, bringing the number of partners in the firm to 21. Jason Stratford - Lysandrides heads up the firm’s Intellectual Property team whilst Natalie Claridge leads the Lender Services team at BPE.

“Jason and Natalie have been promoted to Partner in recognition of their success in growing their areas of expertise at BPE,” explained John Workman, Senior Partner at BPE.  “Jason’s expertise at protecting and enforcing clients’ intellectual property, both in the UK and overseas, deserves the recognition this promotion gives.  Equally, Natalie and her team’s work with our banking and finance clients, helping them with recovery of property related debt, have seen client wins and a growing portfolio of work undertaken.”

The promotions come at a time of expansion at the firm, with new offices at the Bath and Bristol Science Park and a number of new arrivals in the coming months:

“The trading conditions in the UK obviously remain very tough, but indications from our commercial clients are that opportunities are again being more actively sought and optimism is, very slowly, starting to return”, concluded John.
