What needs to be done to improve the lifestyle of the
population?
The West
of England must remain an attractive and vibrant place to live. We
will continue to be involved in the development of an imaginative
and wide range of cultural activities, the availability of top
class health facilities and safe, attractive open spaces. We
encourage business and the public sector to seriously consider
issues that affect our quality of life, from reducing congestion
and encouraging flexible working to developing a high quality
cultural, sporting, retail and tourism
We are currently reviewing
and developing the Initiative Priorities for Quality of Life.
