What is the Adult Social Care Workforce Resilience Programme?

The Workforce for the Future Adult Social Care Resilience Programme provides tailored, in-depth, tailored support to help your business plan and adapt for the future by identifying your current and future skills needs.

We are offering SMEs in the Social Care Sector the opportunity to take part in an intensive business support programme. Delivered by experienced skills advisors and industry experts, this project will support leaders and managers of care organisations to build, develop and sustain their workforce. The support is available to businesses in the West of England area only.

Workforce for the Future responds to the challenges set out in the West of England Local Industrial Strategy, the Employment & Skills Plan and more recently the Regional Taskforce Recovery Plan which considers the impact of COVID -19 in the West of England region.
