Apprenticeships have changed in recent years. No longer are they just an option for young people wanting to get into manual trades. Modern apprenticeships are available across hundreds of different job roles, from entry to degree level and open to all ages from 16 upwards.

An apprenticeship combines on-the-job training with studying for a formal qualification and can be used to employ a new person into your organisation or to upskill your existing staff. 

By the end of an apprenticeship, apprentices should have gained the skills and knowledge needed to become a valued member of your workforce and can help to fill skills gaps in your organisation.
