Business West has a portfolio of serviced office space in Bristol, Swindon and the surrounding areas.
We caught up with Rebecca Brooks from The Midsomer Norton, Radstock & District Journal to hear how the team are settling in to their new office at Paulton House and what advice they would give to aspring tenants.
What are your main requirements for office space?
More room, better working environment and layout for staff.
What were the biggest challenge/s about finding office space?
Options are limited in the local area, particularly fully serviced office space.
Why did you decide to base your office in Paulton?
We thought about a High Street location, but decided it would be problematic for us and that it would be good to be based within a thriving hub of local businesses.
Why did you choose Paulton House serviced offices?
For the reason above but also because we have been tenants of Business West before, and really valued the set-up.
How has Paulton House helped your business grow?
It’s given us more room, more motivation and a better working environment. Members of the public are finding access to our new office easier too.
What is your favourite thing about your new office?
What advice would you give to businesses who are looking for office space?
I don’t think you can go wrong with Paulton House - easy terms, good and varied space, attentive and friendly staff, a thriving business community and facilities that are being updated all the time.
It’s a great place to be and my team and I are certainly enjoying being here!
