We caught up with Phil Callan, Director of One Tree Gift Vouchers, to hear how he is settling in to his new office at Paulton House and what advice he would give to aspring tenants.
What are your main requirements for office space?
We were looking for a good clean space where we could all work together in one open plan room. We wanted good lighting and high speed internet access. We also wanted free parking and some local amenities.
What were the biggest challenge/s about finding office space?
Most serviced office space is in Bristol or Bath. We were moving from a rural location and did not want to move into the city.
Why did you decide to base your office in Paulton?
Paulton is a good location between Bath and Bristol and convenient for our current staff whilst having a good pool of potential new employees in the neighbouring towns and villages.
Why did you choose Paulton House serviced offices?
Ruth, the office manager, is a great asset as are all the team here at Paulton House. The help we have received from Christian, the DIY guy, has been terrific from helping us set up our desks to putting up clocks and whiteboards on the walls.
How has Paulton House helped your business grow?
We are now able to get all our staff into one office and have room for a couple more. We are also more inclined to invite clients to meet with us in the very smart meeting rooms.
What is your favourite thing about your new office?
Parking, Reception, Office Space, Meeting Space, Kitchen and the very fancy lunch room!

Have a look around to weigh up the costs, access and location of what you need for an office space – it’s worth looking beyond the city centres too.
