Your ideal customers are out there somewhere, engaging with other brands and in someone else’s sales funnel. How do you turn their heads?

The answer is a cohesive marketing strategy, where all elements work for and with each other, sparking curiosity, nurturing leads and delivering ROI.

Too often, innovative SMEs are let down by pick ‘n’ mix lists of individual tactics and while these ‘ingredients’ are essential, it is the overall ‘recipe’ that will deliver results.

To unpack what your ‘recipe’ should look like, we’ll be hosting two webinars as part of Innovate 2021, our Autumn event series on meeting current challenges and building for growth:

In both webinars, we’ll start with targets: knowing where you’re going will help you measure, refine and scale. Once you’ve established objectives and potential roadblocks, you’re in a position to conduct market research and decide which activities, in what combination, will get you where you want to be.

Finding your audience and engaging their curiosity is the first step. This is where social media can be particularly powerful: more than 40% of digital customers use these networks to research new brands or products, so it’s important to clearly establish who you are and what you stand for.

Engaging content will be key here, unpacking user pain points and building trust with relatable messages that motivate users towards visiting your website. Finally, you will need a strategy for converting those warm leads into sales, using humanised engagement and measuring results so you can refine and scale.
