Business Planning and Finance - Start-up workshops in Swindon and Wiltshire

People sitting around computer planning

Designed to support potential and new entrepreneurs, this in-depth workshop will help you to create and develop a robust, investment-ready business plan and financial forecast.

You will receive a copy of the templates that will tick the right boxes with investors and lenders and there is an opportunity to network with like-minded people and discuss your business goals in a supportive environment.

You will also be offered a one-to-one meeting with a business adviser, which usually takes place one month after the workshop, to discuss your business plan and help with your start-up loan application. This workshop also includes a buffet lunch.

Key areas covered in this one-day workshop include:

  • Producing a robust business plan
  • Branding and marketing
  • Sourcing finance
  • Managing cash flow, profit and loss, and book keeping
  • Creating sales projections

This workshop also runs in Bristol.

We also run workshops on marketing, social media and online marketing.
