 Learn more about contracts, statutory guidelines and the documentation required for new starters.

An informative and interactive workshop where you will understand the importance of the legal framework around contracts and statutory guidelines and consider the importance of GDPR and the secure management of data. It will explain the documentation required for new starts and will discuss the sensitive area of health questionnaires and how to amend and update contracts using a consultative approach.
