Learn more about identifying underperforming employees and how to become effective at restoring poor performance. 

An informative and interactive workshop where you will understand the skills to identify underperforming employees, recognise triggers and patterns and become effective at restoring poor performance. It will provide you with the confidence and competence to apply a fair and reasonable process when exiting employees from the business.

This workshop, delivered in partnership with Atoll HR, will provide an insight into the current recruitment landscape and explore Disciplinary and Grievance.

Open to SMEs, it is free to attend as part of the Workforce for the Future Programme.

Course Leader

Rachel Pook is one of the founding Directors of Atoll HR and an experienced HR professional with over 20 years’ experience in the HR industry with leading FTSE 100 companies. Specialising in conducting investigations into employee misconduct and having a passion for employment law. She has a strong record of success in solving HR issues and an excellent track record in designing trusted HR policies and procedures, providing guidance and support, coaching and mentoring and delivering training courses in absence and performance. She is considered a leader in the field of workplace investigations and disciplinaries and has worked tirelessly ensuring clients are complying with employment legislation standards whilst minimising their legal risk.
