The MPs and Leader of the Council, hosted by Business West - May 2025
Hosted by Business West, our Meet the MPs and Leader of the Council meeting will give our members in the local area the chance to hear from local MPs, ask any questions on important issues they're facing and get involved in discussions.
The aim of the meetings is to garner a local business voice that aims to positively influence the way our area is shaped, managed and developed. If you want to stay up to date with your local MPs plans and be a part of important conversations with other businesses in the area, we'd encourage you to come along!
For our upcoming meeting, we'll be joined by:
- Heidi Alexander, MP for Swindon South & Secretary of State for Transport - who will focus on Transport
- Will Stone, MP for Swindon North - who will focus on Skills
- Jim Robbins, Leader of Swindon Borough Council - who will focus on the work of Swindon Borough Council
Please note this is an event for Business West members only. Non-members who do book a spot will have their tickets cancelled to make space for members. To join Business West take a look at our website for more information: https://www.businesswest.co.uk/join-our-community
