Finding the right people with the right skills for your business can be challenging at the best of times but recruiting whilst managing the side effects of a global pandemic and the UK’s exit from the European Union may be increasingly difficult.

The Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC)’s latest Jobs Recovery Tracker reports that the total number of active job postings across the UK has continued to surge. In the last week in November there were over 3.5 million job adverts live in the UK, with that number having increased by over 500,000 (16%) since the end of October.

With this growth showing no sign of slowing, how do you ensure that your role stands out amongst others? How do you ensure the best recruitment strategy is being used by your business? And how do you make the most of the skills and talents that are within the region?

Join this webinar to learn more about the current recruitment challenges facing businesses in the region and how businesses must adapt their recruitment methods and strategies to attract the right people with the right skills at the right time for their business.
