The directors at Eurobrick Systems are pleased to announce the completion of a management buyout earlier this year.

Richard Haines, Dena Mayes and Nicola Haines have taken over the successful, independent business from the two original directors, John Mayes and Tony Hornsby, who have now retired. Eurobrick were first to introduce a comprehensively designed brick slip cladding system to the UK in 1991 and have been adapting their products to customers’ needs and leading the market ever since.

The new owners have all been long time employees of Eurobrick, totalling an impressive 47 years of experience between them. For them, it is business as usual as they had already been managing Eurobrick for the past 2-3 years while John and Tony took a back seat in the day to day running of the business. Richard Haines says:  “The opportunity came up to take over the business and we jumped at it. There are some big challenges ahead, but we believe in our products and will meet the challenges head on. We are looking forward to exciting times to come.”
