Many of the worlds leading CEO's use executive coaching, as you might a personal trainer. The personal trainer doesn't do the hard work for you and neither does an executive coach.

Coaching is about creating an environment where you can openly discuss the challenges you are facing and explore ways to overcome these hurdles to identify ways of improving business performance. So just as you would give your body a good work out with a personal trainer, coaching does this for the mind.

Coaching is focussed on positive psychology, which means that we are ALL capable of improved performance and the way to achieve this is by improving our thoughts.

Coaching can be done on 1:2:1 basis or as a team. In a business environment I favour a combination of both. As our lives are so busy there is often a cross over between home and work life, which can impact on our performance.

Only about 5% of coaches are professionally trained. We are trained to Master's degree standard, accredited by the University of Chester and International Coach Federation.

Anyone can be coached, regardless of age, gender or organisational seniority. Most coaches want to coach senior executives because they can charge more however, we have come to recognise that as coaches we benefit from learning with a wider range of clients.

Coaching is a proven way to improve company profitability. It is used extensively throughout global organisations with the results to show.

If you are interested in being coached, or coaching for your staff, please get in touch to see if it would be suitable for the challenges you face?
