The present problems we are all facing mean a considerable inconvenience for almost everyone from teenagers to the elderly, but how do the parents and carers of disabled and disadvantaged children cope?
We worry about being isolated in our own homes for possibly a couple of months, but many children from birth to the age of 18 have been isolated in their own bodies for life.
In Variety, the children’s charity we try our best to help these children by arranging specialist equipment, electric wheelchairs, and Sunshine Coaches to help them make journeys they would otherwise be unable to undertake.
The cost of these products are increasing all the time so we need increasing support from all our wonderful sponsors. YOU CAN HELP. Every contribution is greatly appreciated whether it is £50 raised in a coffee morning, a sponsored event or a contribution from a company collection.
In the Bristol and South West Region of Variety we help children from Gloucester to the tip of Cornwall so we need lots of financial support from Gloucestershire, South Gloucestershire, Bristol, Somerset, Devon and Cornwall.
