Event description

A practical approach to negotiation planning and preparation, using established and practiced behaviours in a commercial negotiation using the Harvard 3Dimentional methodology. This includes identifying the necessary skills of a skilled negotiator and putting them into practice in any commercial negotiation situation. This will also include the behavioural aspects to achieving a successful outcome to the negotiation.

There will be adequate time to ask questions relating to your own negotiation needs.

About the speakers

Stephen Whitbourn

Stephen Whitbourn has run his own Training and Consultancy business for the past 30 years and has specialised in commercial negotiation skills for most of that time. Previously having a diversified career within the Motor Manufacturing Industry, where he honed his negotiation skills, and later learning the acclaimed Harvard University 3D negotiation process which is used in a wide range of different business sectors throughout the world. Stephen works with large multi-national organisations as well as small independently run business’s with the ethos “we all have to negotiate no matter what size of business." Stephen also works as a part time Senior Lecturer in Business Management at Hartpury University delivering programmes to Under Graduates and Master Graduates.
