The West of England LEP area ESIF Strategy shows that it is difficult for micro and small businesses to access finance to grow their businesses. So an important action is to provide grant funding to help create new and expand existing micro and small businesses in rural areas.

Priority will be given to projects that:

enable farming businesses to diversify into non-agricultural activities

manufacture new products

Adopt new processes

Allow the applicant business to enter new markets including to start or increase exporting

If you are a rural business or community organisation and think this might help you then visit
