Pre-Recruit and Train

Our Pre-Recruit and Train programme provided organisations with the oppotrunity to bid for funding to co-design and deliver bespoke pre-employment training opportunities for learners, as part of the Skills West programme.

The aim of the courses was to equip up to 360 learners with the skills and competencies that are needed to apply for roles in the West of England Enterprise Zones and Enterprise Areas.

During the course of the programme we funded courses designed by Babbasa T2 Apprenticeship AcademyBath CollegeN-gaged Training and Recruitment Ltd and City of Bristol College which have helped to enrich learners across Bristol and Bath.
