Gloucestershire's Local Skills Improvement Fund (LSIF) Allocation and Achievements

The Local Skills Improvement Fund (LSIF) enables further education providers across a geographic area to respond collectively to the priorities in the Local Skills Improvement Plans. It also provides investment in technical skills to better support the needs of the local labour market and wider economy and can be used on infrastructure, learning environments, teaching and more, to help improve training provision for the local area.

In this webinar we will delve into key projects, such as refurbished digital skills environments and specialist IT equipment at Cirencester College, the Construction Centre at Gloucestershire College, courses on technological advancements and digitalisation in agriculture courses from Hartpury College and the Modular Classrooms Installation at SGS College. We will talk about the achievements and innovation that the LSIF fund has allowed, whilst showcasing how it is helping to drive skills forward in the local area.
