Tech for Growth - West of England

Tech for Growth is a fully-funded initiative that provides dedicated, targeted, tech adoption consultancy to small and medium businesses, in the West of England area. 

Through a range of expert workshops, hands-on specialist advice and skills support, Tech for Growth aims to help businesses:

  • Implement new systems to improve processes, productivity and competitiveness 
  • Develop approaches to entering new markets
  • Attract new customers to increase sales
  • Increase turnover
  • Develop and / or create employment opportunities
  • Identify current or future skills and training needs


As part of the programme, you'll work with experts to improve your processes, productivity and competitiveness, which will support your business to approach new markets, attract new customers, increase sales and achieve growth plans. 

Once signed up to Tech for Growth, you'll benefit from:
 

  • An in-depth technology audit, including assessment of the digital skills needs of employees. 
  • Dedicated consultancy support to develop relevant strategies and delivery plans. 
  • Group workshops covering topics such as CRM and Data Management, AI, SEO, Adopting new technology, Brand Strategy and Digital Marketing.
  • An evaluation and impact review meeting, three and six months post completion of the project.

    Who can apply?

    To be eligible for this programme of support you must:

    • Be located in Bristol, Bath and North East Somerset or South Gloucestershire (If you are based in North Somerset, you can apply here)
    • Be an SME with fewer than 250 employees
    • Have at least 3 full time employees
    • An ambition to grow turnover and / or staff numbers and create jobs
    • £100,000 minimum turnover

    Please note, previous Tech for Growth programme participants are ineligible for this support.
