Time is running out for businesses in the West of England to receive support with skills, HR and workforce development planning, as part of the Workforce for the Future Programme.
The experienced team of Business Skills Advisors at Business West can help organisations to identify and address any gaps, shortages, surpluses, or skills mismatches within the business. This could mean upskilling or reskilling existing employees, developing training plans or recruiting new resources.
They can also support with HR needs and questions, offering advice and support across a variety of HR topics, including recruitment and on-boarding, performance management and contract and policy reviews.
Lizzie Lyons, Head of Skills Delivery, who leads the programme for Business West commented:
“We have supported a range of businesses from different sectors across the West of England with their skills and HR needs. With only a couple of months left of the funding for this programme, we’d love to hear from any other businesses who feel they could use our support.”
Business West has received excellent feedback from many organisations they have supported through the Workforce for the Future programme:
