ATA Carnet Country: Türkiye

Does Türkiye accept ATA Carnets?

Yes. Türkiye is on the ATA Carnet scheme.

However, Türkiye only accepts ATA Carnets which have named representatives listed in Box B. This means that the name of the Türkish agent (the person who will be handling the goods when they are in Türkiye) must be stated in Box B on the front cover of the ATA Carnet.

It is also advisable that the holder carries the general list on a USB drive (in Excel/CSV format) as this may need to be uploaded onto the Türkish customs database.
