Who are Crest Hotels Group?

Crest Hotels Group, buy, develop, and manage uniquely positioned hotels in the UK. Privately owned and operated, with core values focused on true hospitality, engaged teams, and serving the community's where our hotels are located. We have a current inventory of 8 hotels that consists of 626 keys and over 400 employees across the portfolio.

What has changed at Arnos Manor?

Since Crest Hotels Group has acquired the property, a new Central Management team has been implemented which has seen the addition of a new Regional Sales Manager - Lucy, to be dedicated to the Southern parts of the portfolio to ensure consistency in keeping communication through new marketing initiatives and elevating awareness in the corporate community. The hotel group has also benefitted from a new Group Commercial Manager - Michelle, who will synergise the portfolio from a branding perspective, working closely with the Managing Director - Jason to set the Crest standards and improve on guest experiences across the board. 

Furthermore, Kamil has taken on the role of Group Maintenance Executive whilst being based at Arnos Manor to ensure we are regularly upholding the property aesthetics and engineering to contribute to the smooth running of our 8 hotels.

The Group Executive Chef - Wayne has also had an impact on improving and launching new menus across the portfolio and has worked with the onsite team at Arnos Manor for a recent 'cook-off' where the team were able to demonstrate and taste the new offerings, as well as a revised extensive cocktail menu now available at Arnos.

Why Crest?

Covid-19 saw some hospitality businesses plunder under such pressure and strain when they had to make difficult decisions to cut their staff forces or close the doors for good as they could not maintain cash flow. 

Crest Hotels Group utilised this as an opportunity for growth and has spring boarded from a 4 hotel property portfolio to 8 in a matter of 12 months. The visions and values of the group will take them from strength to strength, backed by the support of their stake-holders and investors to ensure the longevity of the business which will always remain focused with its guest experience and customer service for true, homely hospitality at its core.
