This is my last post on the Group Coaching programme for this year; this time the topic is Optional Extras. This completes what is already in place and what is currently in development, so hopefully you have a fair overview of the whole programme.
As a reminder:
The standard programme includes seven group coaching sessions, each on a different business area.
The supplementary programme has three group sessions and one one-to-one session on areas including EQ, Team Skills, Values and Wheel of Life.
Optional Extras currently cover two areas - one-to-one coaching and further exercises.
One-to-one coaching may be of benefit for some attendees. Coaching is a great way of exploring ideas and possibilities. It's also good for looking into issues and concerns - and finding ways to address them effectively. If you think this worth exploring, we would have a conversion around the topic. If you choose to go ahead, coaching sessions of between 60 and 75 minutes are charged at £100 to attendees on the Group Coaching Programme.
Further Exercises are available and an outline of around 10 are provided to attendees when they join the programme. Each is around 30 minutes long. Examples include Six Thinking Hats, Circle of Influence, Intended / Unintended Consequences, Five Alternative Uses, Vicious Flower, So What and The Wellbeing Wheel. Some work best in a one-to-one environment, others are great for groups. One-to-One exercises are £40. Group Exercises are £25 per attendee (minimum three attendees, maximum 10).
Further down the line, we intend adding optional talks from experts in various sectors such as HR, Recruitment, Financial Advice, Marketing and Training. Conversations are underway and should be complete in the new year. The concept is for a 45-50 minute talk with a 10 to 15 minute Q&A. All talks will be online. Fees have not yet been addressed; however attendees of the Group Coaching Programme will be charged a lower fee than would be normal.
