Cinema: officially not dead yet......

Yes, we know you've got Netflix, and Amazon and Apple TV, and all those other streaming platfroms, but watching great filmed content on a handheld device, or even on a TV, is not the same as the incredible, immersive experience you get in a cinema screen.

Built on the site of the old Fry's Chocolate Factory, the ODEON in Bristol has been a part of the city's entertainment scene since the late 1930's. Back then, cinema was the principal form of entertainment, with people often attending two or three times a week. Particularly during the war years, it's easy to imagine visitors to the cinema catching up on the war effort via Pathe News, until it was forced to close for a period in December 1940 due to bomb damage.

Nowadays, cinemas are so much more than just a place to watch the latest blockbuster. We can:

  • Host your company conference
  • Hold a private screening for your child's birthday party
  • Be the church for your congregation to come and worship on a Sunday morning
  • Be the location for your Playstation 5 tournament with big screen plug and play

The ODEON Bristol in particular is a great venue for corporate conferencing or business updates. A central location, well served by public transport links, the best audio and visual capabilities (and let's be honest....conferences and presentations are all about the quality of the AV), and three screens large enough to host your team.....or your entire company.

We're VERY happy to have joined Business West to connect with other local businesses, and we'll be very happy to discuss your next corporate conferece or event; we think you'll find we're really helpful and very competitively priced....and we look forward to meeting you soon!
