We're Hiring! Business Lending Managers in the South West region

SWIG Finance is the South West’s fastest growing CDFI (Community Development Finance Institution). We’re passionate about helping SMEs and start-ups flourish by providing them with access to finance. We lend our own funds as well as those of third party organisations.

Due to growth, we’re hiring new Business Lending Managers in Devon, Dorset, Somerset, Wiltshire and Gloucestershire. This is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidates to develop their careers in business finance as part of a growing team.

The successful applicants will be:

  • Motivated and skilled networkers able to originate new business
  • Have some experience of SME lending
  • Based in the South West
  • Committed to the ethos of purpose-led finance

These are full-time, flexible roles with a starting salary of £35,000 – £40,000 (depending on experience) plus additional benefits including assistance with vocational training in Banking and Finance. The roles are home-based with a requirement to travel.
