WHISKY
The Wiltshire Distilling Company (TWDC) is focused
on producing a range of premium and ultrapremium
English whiskies to compete with Scotch
and New World whiskies from around the world.
Our business approach is to think local, act global.
We will be producing the following whiskies, as
single cask, double cask or blended:
• single malt (barley)
• single grain (wheat and rye)
• blended whisky (single malt + single grain)
Our whiskies will be single estate productions,
at both cask strength and 46% ABV (alcohol by
volume) and will be single cask or double cask
expressions.
We will also be producing a range of gins and vodka from our own neutral grain spirit. We will produce contract spirits for own-label customers.
We also produce great beers under our Stone Daisy brand (stonedaisy.co.uk)
