All you need to know about United Kingdom Certificates of Origin
Due to UK leaving the European Union on 31st December 2020 the European Community (EC) Certificate of Origin has been replaced by a United Kingdom Certificate of Origin, which can be used for almost every country that requests a certificate of origin. It shows the origin of the goods, what the goods are and their weight and country of destination.
To be valid, the United Kingdom Certificate of Origin document requires certification from an accredited Chamber of Commerce.
The non-preferential rules that apply to the application for and the issuing of these documents are governed by UK government. Our export documentation team are fully authorised to certify all documents and are ready to assist you with any questions that you may have regarding your application.
