As part of the Local Skills Improvement Plans (LSIPs) for Gloucestershire, Swindon & Wiltshire and the West of England, our Business Engagement Team are hosting in depth 1-2-1 discussions with representatives from businesses, to discuss key findings of our research so far. These deep dive themes will vary depending on the sector and region you are based in, and you are able to view all of these below, before choosing which ones you would like to discuss in your meeting.
The 1-2-1s take place on Microsoft Teams and last approximately 40 – 60 minutes. We'll run through a set of questions to guide the discussion - your feedback will remain anonymous but will help us get a full picture of the challenges you face, as part of the report we are pulling together for the Department for Education. We will also guide you to local resources, skills provision and funding that we feel match your business needs.
