Mindset4Success, a company passionate about helping people be the best they can be is the latest member to join Hartpury’s Tech Box Park.
Led by Kim Harvey, an Executive and Mindset Coach and Leadership Development Facilitator, the business has helped many corporates and SMEs install new ways of thinking over the last 25 years.
Based in Uley in Gloucestershire, Kim is an NLP Master Practitioner and certified as a brain-based coach with the Institute of Neuroleadership, and helps equip people with the confidence, presentation, and interpersonal skills to succeed in life.
Kim offers leadership and interpersonal skills training, coaching, and strategic ‘big picture’ thinking as part of her 12-week ‘Empowering Leader programme’ that uses cutting-edge neuroscience to underpin learning.
Director and Transformational Coach, Kim said: ’I’m passionate about farming and want to help the agricultural community get the best out of themselves and the people that work for them. As a farmer’s daughter, I am aware of the challenges facing the farming industry. I haven’t got the tech gadgets to make life easier, but coming from a mindset angle, I can help agricultural leaders to develop their interpersonal skills and aid them to more career success and personal growth.”
Kim continues: “Some coaches spend a long time discussing the client issues, but this creates a negative loop and allows cortisol to flow through the brain. When this happens, insight and innovation cannot occur. I want to help farmers focus on what they do want so dopamine can be released and creativity flourishes. I want them to feel a natural high and unleash ideas and actions they never thought were possible.”
