Sponsors package

Pre event

  • Logo on Business West website event page and booking page
  • Logo on pre event publicity where appropriate, including; Facebook, LinkedIn, flyers, invitations
  • Link to sponsor website on attendee booking confirmation

During event

  • Display one banner at event
  • Display literature or merchandise in a prominent position at event
  • Logo on evaluation forms
  • Opportunity to speak at the event for 5 minutes
  • Two complimentary tickets for the event
  • Special introduction at the event by Business West

Post event

  • Logo with link to sponsor website on event follow-up email
  • Cost (dependent on size of event)
  • 10 – 30 delegates (example - Access All Areas) Members = £300 + VAT, Non-members = £450 + VAT.
  • 30 – 65 delegates (example - Breakfasts) Members = £500 + VAT, Non-members = £650 + VAT. Series of 3 breakfast events can be sponsored for £1,200 + VAT (members), £1,650 + VAT (non-members).
  • 100+ (special events) = Price on application.
