Living Their Best Life: Adult Social Care programme empowers Adorno Companions

Adorno Companions is an organisation that supports people with dementia and Alzheimer’s to live their best life by providing companionship and support.

We spoke to Emma Doney, Founder and Managing Director of Adorno Companions about how the Adult Social Care Workforce Resilience Programme has supported her business. 

“We’ve been matched up with Rachel who’s been supporting us and coaching us, and it’s just allowed me to air my thoughts, bounce ideas and make sure that we can support our workforce as best as possible.

“It’s been really useful having our contact and our Business Skills Advisor Barry [Tugwood]… He really encourages us to look at new ways of doing things and discuss what our next ideas are.”

 Business West is delivering Workforce for the Future on behalf of the West of England Combined Authority in collaboration with other regional partners.
