Implemented on 31st January 2024; changes for Irish Imports and Export Health Certificates The long-delayed next stage of the Border Target Operating Model (BTOM) was rolled out on January 31st, affecting many imports into the UK. Companies have been told to brace themselves and be prepared for changes to imports. Changes include the introduction of Export Health Certificates (EHC) needed for high and medium-risk animal products, plants, and plant products.
