About this event

Most firms are in the same position: two or three people are getting genuinely good with AI, and the business as a whole works much as it did. Applied AI for Business Leaders is a new University of Bath executive programme for the leaders who want to change that.

Over two and a half days on campus at the University of Bath School of Management, you will:

  • build a current understanding of what AI can do now and where it is heading, by using the tools yourself;
  • work on your own business or project, or on a sample company if you prefer;
  • leave with a plan for where AI earns its place in your business, tested by a panel of peers.

It is designed for owners, managing directors and directors of businesses of roughly 10 to 250 people, and for the function leaders who have been asked to "look into AI". It is strategic and applied, not an engineering
course.

Led by Dr Bruno Oliveira, Senior Lecturer in Strategy and Entrepreneurship at the University of Bath. The group is capped at 20. Catering, the Friday evening cohort dinner, a University of Bath certificate and a 90-minute implementation clinic 60 days later are included.

£2,500 per place.Business West members can join at £2,000: ask for the member code through the enquiry form and mention Business West.

Leading the change, building your 12 to 36 month roadmap and first 90 days plan, and testing it with a panel of peers. University of Bath certificate.
