LSIP 1-2-1 Meetings

Book a 1-2-1 meeting with one of our business engagement team to share your views on the changing skills landscape and receive a bespoke signposting service, learning about available resource and provision in your local area to match your specific business needs.

Colleges and universities are training your future workforce right now. It's important for us to hear about your business needs so we can provide feedback to education providers to help shape the curriculum and align provision with business needs. 

What will we cover?

The 1-2-1s are conducted via Microsoft Teams and typically last between 30 – 45 minutes. Book a meeting to discuss:

  • Your experience of current and emerging skills needs
  • The barriers to recruitment, retention, and upskilling
  • Local training and education provision to better support your business and the wider sector
  • Digital skills
  • Critical workplace skills (upskilling and reskilling)
  • Gen Z and new entrants to the workforce
  • Sustainability and Green Skills
