Each year we support International Women’s Day through hosting events, such as our popular panel events. Conducting interviews also ensures that we shine a spotlight on inspirational women within our membership community. Additionally, we work with other organisations such as the Wiltshire Community Foundation to help promote initiatives such as ‘Inspiring Confident Allyship’ and Hydrogen South West in its mission to advance women's representation in the UK hydrogen industry.
We do this not as a performative nod, but to harness the opportunity to raise the profile of women in business in our region, share our challenges and knowledge, and empower all, irrespective of gender, by creating an inclusive environment that attracts and provides equal opportunities for advancement and success.
