Deloitte’s Private Client Tax team are hosting an in-person event, at our Bristol Halo office, addressing two areas impacting private clients: HMRC's heightened activity and the latest developments in Making Tax Digital (MTD) for Income Tax.
Alex Ahmed and Oliver Ison will lead an insightful discussion on the significant increase in HMRC's focus on private clients, including the rise in formal enquiries and 'one-to-many' nudge letters. Alex, having joined our team in 2025 from HMRC, brings unique, first-hand insight into their current strategies and approach.
Following this, Jo Hale will provide a comprehensive update on the new MTD for Income Tax regime, outlining what these changes mean for private clients and how they will be affected by the new requirements.
