Description:In this workshop we’ll look at how you currently organise your strategic vision and planning into a document and what sort of plan would be most useful to meet your future aspirations.
- The different types of business and strategic planning document.
- What goes into them - the key information that must be there.
- Pitch Decks - their uses and how to build a really great one.
- Ensuring the right voices are heard in the writing process.
This will be the final workshop for the Social Economy West process, so we’ll also take some time to think about what kind of support you will want for the future and where you might find what you need.

What else do you need to know?
This session is set to run online using Zoom. To take part, you will need a laptop with a camera, microphone, and Wi-Fi. You will not require any additional software, and you don't need a Zoom account or to download the app to take part, but you may wish to do so.
