Description :During this workshop we’ll be looking at what data you have and how to use this to back up your income-generation plans, including:
- What impact measurement data you have, where it’s stored and how to organise it to be accessible.
- How different Social Enterprises use this data for impactful marketing and “case-making”.
- Different income sources and what sort of impact information they will want to see.
- Being focussed and strategic - why, who, where, how?
- Action-planning - next steps.
