She works closely with Directors and Senior Managers of client organisations, to ensure they are attracting, retaining and developing a productive workforce to deliver the best value for their organisation. Specialising in conducting investigations into employee misconduct and having a passion for employment law. She has a strong record of success in designing HR handbooks, policies and procedures and induction programmes, providing guidance and support and delivering training courses in these fields. She is a highly motivated HR expert who understands the challenges of a growing business and prides herself on her attention to detail and personal approach to people management.
