He works closely with SMEs from numerous sectors and also works with large agencies including FIFA, The Premier League, The FA, McDonalds, Tesco and Lidl. Martin focuses on Leadership, Strategy, Culture and Performance and he is being asked to help many of his clients develop a culture that enables their teams to be happy and high performing.
