This recognition places us among the digital innovators in international trade, alongside industry giants such as HSBC, Lloyds Bank, and Standard Chartered. Our journey to this achievement began with our nomination for our proactive adoption and implementation of digital technologies in trade processes. Our dedicated team of 21 trade specialists, led by Catherine Stephens, Head of International Trade Services, and supported by the strategic direction of James Monk, Commercial Director, has consistently pushed the boundaries of innovation in trade facilitation.
