Deloitte appoints two new partners in the South West

Deloitte has strengthened its leadership team in the South West and Wales with the promotion of two new partners and six new directors. The appointments reflect the firm’s continued investment in talent across Bristol, Cardiff and Port Talbot, where almost 500 people were promoted. Senior leaders highlighted the crucial role employees play in driving growth, supporting clients and strengthening local communities, underlining Deloitte’s long-term commitment to the region.

Deloitte has announced the appointment of two new partners and six new directors, as part of its round-up of senior promotions across the South West and Wales.Simone Parkinson and Justin Siglow are now partners at the firm.

Parkinson is based in Bristol and joined Deloitte in 1999. Part of the firm’s Tax and Legal business, she has a particular focus on working with partnerships organisations. She is embedded in the local business community, having worked with major clients across the region.

Siglow joined Deloitte in 2013 and is part of the firm’s Technology and Transformation business, working across the private and public sector. He has worked with clients in the UK and globally.

Elsewhere, four people were promoted to director in the South West. They are Louise Henderson (Tax and Legal), Tom Maisey, Alice Bennett and Ariana Frampton (Technology and Transformation). Dorian Seabrook (Technology and Transformation) was also promoted to senior director. In Wales, two people were appointed to director level – Rhea Parker (Tax and Legal) and Cath Parsons (Audit and Assurance).

In total, 211 people were promoted in Deloitte’s Bristol office, with 280 in Cardiff and Port Talbot.

Across the UK, Deloitte promoted over 6,000 people, including 48 new partners. Over three in ten (31%) of new partners are based outside of London.
